There is an incredible home building opportunity now available through the 2012 Charity Tour of Homes being presented by Pella Windows & Doors. The Master Custom Builders Council of Tennessee has issued a Call For Participants with a deadline of June 30, 2011 for folks wanting to build their dream home.  This is a once in a lifetime opportunity where you can reap huge savings on everything from windows, roofing, lumber and insulation to free Kohler products, lighting and 55% off Thermador appliances while helping a local non-profit organization.

Here’s how it works.  The MCBC has compiled an over 100-page booklet of discounts, and free products available from national and local vendors for future home owners participating in the 2012 Charity Tour of Homes.  Contact our office at 615-878-1803 and our Administrative Staff will put you in touch with one of our elite, custom builders and they will be glad to share with you this vendor book and outline what it takes to participate in the tour. This multi-site charity event will showcase custom homes throughout Middle Tennessee.  Additionally, the discounts received from the national and local vendors are calculated from the existing MCBC of Tennessee special pricing and are passed directly to the home owners.

As industry leaders, the Master Custom Builders Council of Tennessee was thrilled to help reinvigorate the home-building industry with seven, stunning homes participating in the 2010’s inaugural charitable event.  The premier home tour attracted almost 8,000 visitors and resulted in donations of $17,800 invested back into our community through numerous worthy, non-profit organizations.  For participants in the 2012 tour, we have an even larger number of national and local vendors.

Check out some of the success stories of the 2010 tour available via Facebook at Master Custom Builders Council of TN.  Additionally, there is a copy of our brochure available in our “Notes”.

The Master Custom Builders Council of Tennessee was founded in 2008 as an elite group of builders leveraging their resources to provide cost savings and increase services for home owners.  The Charity Tour of Homes was established by the Council as a means to give back to the community while helping invigorate the economy with new home construction.  Give us a call today at 615-878-1803.  The deadline for participating is June 30 and you won’t want to miss out.
